My husband is a truck driver in the area. He just went into the store for some coffee (11:45pm Nov 12, 2024). There was 1/4 cup of cold coffee. The employee only offered to make some after my husband made his purchase and made a comment on his way out the door. Do better...

It's crazy how downhill this place has went over the years. Low stock with almost all drinks gone, unfair and inconsistent pricing vs other 711s, unfriendly service who just talk to each other while with customers. The hot food is almost aways dried right out and old. Stay away from this place unless you're desperate.

This was about two weeks ago. This man who worked there wasted my time doing something right in front of me when he should've served me first. I asked if I could get the wings and wedges combo that was for $13.31. He didn't give me my wedges so I came back for them. And he told me if I were to get the wedges it would've came up to 16 dollars because it comes with tax. I complained and all he did was sigh and said nothing. I walked out so upset. I made sure I said it twice what I wanted. And he didn't repeat the order back to me to make sure what I wanted. I hate the fact that I felt ripped off and thought how misleading the advertisement is if he were to be telling me the truth. Never going back there again I rather just go to KFC next time.

We’re from out of town and stopped in just after 12am to get some coffee and food for the trip home. The coffee was so dark and thick it looked like it had been sitting all day. It was barley warm and the creamers were pretty warm too. We grabbed water instead and picked up some chicken and what a waste of money! It used to be pretty good chicken but they’ve replaced it with some overly-breaded and spicy mess. Once you peel off all that gross coating there’s hardly any chicken underneath. If you’re going to change something it should be to improve it.

Went here today because of the good experiences I had so far, though I don't recommend using the bathroom as its gross. Today however the lady at till was rude and wouldn't even answer a question when I asked her, she just ignored me.

Usually a very good selection of made - in-store munchies (like fries, corndogs, taquitos, wedges, wings, hotdogs etc) that are surprisingly excellent for a gas stop. Staff is usually pretty friendly and polite. However it's self-serve at the pumps, and it is busy in there, it's REALLY busy with a line all the way to the back of the store, although the line usually moves fairly quickly. And open 24hrs a week which is awesome 🙂

Hello everyone I just wanted to let you guys know I ordered Chicken from 7-11 and I got bad food poisoning. It was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever went through. Service was good and the staff was friendly. But undercooked food was very nasty. Please be careful when ordering food from there, just trying to warn you good people. Thank you for reading my review.
