I purchased the pro pur water pitcher for use at the camper. The system certainly saves us from having to carry bottled water every time we travel. And I was amazed it took 7 days before the filter completely stopped. It was covered in a yellow film.. 2 minutes under flowing water with the included scrub pad and I was back up and running. Once camping season is over we'll be using this at home also. Communication with the seller was super easy. And very prompt on replies which is greatly appreciated.. I will be purchasing from these guys again in the future.

I love my ProPur water filter. The shipping service was fast about a week feb. 2021. I am very happy with my product and my water taste great. I feel that it is a great move that I have invest into this water filter. I sure will recommend to my friends and family.

I ordered a propur water filter in mid-November 2020, and waited till mid-January 2021 to receive the filter. However some parts were missing so the filter could not be used yet.

It is now February 2021, I still have not received the parts even after weeks of follow-up with the owner of this company. He ignored many emails and seemed unhelpful and very unenthusiastic for customer service.

This is one of the most frustrating purchase I've ever made.

Our attempt to support a small business was a huge failure. Customer service from this business is disastrous. After trying for several weeks to speak with someone about chosing the right filter system nobody reached out but we took a leap of faith and decided to order anyhow.
After having to reach out on our end about a time frame for delivery (we also opted for the pickup option to make it easier) we were given the run around for nearly 3 weeks about a proper time frame.
There was no adequate time frame on when we would get our system. No tracking , mostly "Maybe end of this week, next week.. the week after".
Sadly, you're better off purchasing from Amazon, big box store or perhaps a more reliable business who prides themselves on customer satisfaction- this business does not.

I worked with Naturally Green to purchase a pro pur system for our drinking water. The customer service was fantastic and the product was exactly what we were looking for. The product arrived in great condition and very timely! They listened to what I wanted and only sold me what I needed! I will use this company again for all the non toxic items for my home! Well done!!
