The facility and animals are beautiful. My daughter did learn a lot by going to a week long camp here. However, I dont think some of the instructors know how to talk to children. I was deeply disappointed with how coaching was handled, especially because my daughter had some nervousness and was overwhelmed because it was her first time on a horse. My child was also singled out for being "emotional and a quitter and dramatic" in front of all the parents, which we didn't appreciate. Multiple children were told "the animals are my priority, not you guys" which made the kids feel unsupported. Being in this camp caused a lot of anxiety for us, but we finished the week off because my daughter loved the animals. They put the kids in the back of pickup trucks with no helmets or seat belts also, and did not inform parents. Lastly, we watched an old sick horse be pushed to the point of collapse. I sympathize with the owner for having to euthanize her, but it was horrible to watch and we didn't understand why such a sick horse was still being used to teach children and perform. RhR will not be getting any more of my money, and I won't be recommending them.

What an absolutely incredible facility with Friendly owners, Dusty & Stacy, and their No. 1 barn manager Sloan who gives a great property tour. The horses are all very well taken care of and the various skill sets of both owners are very evident here and are a real asset to any of the lucky horse owners on this property.
I give Rocky Hills Ranch 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
